A specialist U.K. business transfer agents established in Devon in 1985 by the current directors Roger Mundy and Ivan Smith, who previously had extensive experience with both large and small businesses.

The roots of the business go back much further, to the 1950s, when the original Beardsley Theobalds was founded in Nottingham. These days we operate throughout the South West and in the Midlands.

Our reputation is for professionalism - particularly in valuation, the marketing of businesses and in negotiations.
