Superyacht Title to be Re-launched

The Superyacht Owners’ Guide is a luxury coffee table book given free to yacht owners, potential yacht owners and super-wealthy individuals. It is a mixture of editorial and advertising and gives inspiration, education, advice and contacts that people need to realise their superyacht dream.
The advertisers are truly international businesses operating in luxury branded products with each annual edition having a theme. Many thousand copies of the publication are distributed directly to superyacht owners and key players in 78 countries; some hand distributed directly to superyacht owners and captains, some presented at the world’s leading yacht shows and some mailed to a very valuable list of the yachting elite.

To enable Yachting Pages, the owner of the title, to focus on a range of new products being brought to market, the Managing Director of Yachting Pages, Steve Crowe, chose to instruct specialist business transfer agents, Beardsley Theobalds, to handle the sale. 

With the sale including an important and valuable registered trading name, trademarks and a popular website as well as various databases, archive editions, page templates, etc. a promotional campaign was launched covering international operators in the yachting industry as well as publishers.

The title could be operated from anywhere in the world and it greatly appealed to Ross Ford, operator of Gibraltar Insight & Bermuda Insight – two monthly print and electronic magazines covering news, features, lifestyle and culture in the two maritime British Overseas Territories.
To ensure a smooth transition into new ownership the vendor has offered certain help and support to the new owner post sale as well as resources and contacts for such as advertising and design and layout.
