THE BUSINESS : Originally a franchised business (operated in the Torbay area of Devon) which was acquired by the current husband and wife owners in 1994. In 1996 they purchased the business of the then Exeter area franchisee and in 1998 they bought the customer base of the then Plymouth area franchisee. The enlarged business was incorporated in 2003 after having terminated its relationship with the franchisor. From that time it has operated as a totally independent company and is the main agent for traditional Espresso coffee machines in Devon.
